“The reason why we selected Xpand, Inc./Homes of Xcellence to build our new home is we know that they perform high quality craftsmanship. Xpand, Inc. completed a master bedroom/bathroom suite addition in our home ten years ago. We were very pleased with the design, the high quality products and the the fine workmanship.

When we first considered building a new home, we were not able to find a home design, a quality home that we liked nor that we could afford. Then, we learned the remodel company, Xpand, Inc. had morphed into Homes of Xcellence, a new home construction company. We contacted Jess Moeding to review some house plans and their prices. We found a floor plan we really liked and it was affordable, too. Now, we are in the process of building a new home, we are even more certain that Homes of Xcellence was the best choice. They are now constructing our new home.

So far the whole process has been very enjoyable and exciting. We have formally been introduced to everyone working on our new home. We are especially impressed that we know the crew building for our new home from the ground up. Everyone from Homes of Xcellence has been great to work with; from Melissa, the office manager and design coordinator, to Jake, the job site supervisor and his crew on site, have all been very helpful.
