  We had a great experience with Xpand! They took the time to come and sit down to help us design our deck and went thru all our options for decking materials. It was built in a timely manner and the end product was just what we wanted!

  We had Xpand build our home in 2013-2014. Jess was very easy to work with, listened to our wants and offered ideas, responded promptly when we had concerns and provides quality workmanship! His crews were always respectful, and worked hard to get things done without cutting corners, which was very important to us. He was also willing to allow us to do some of the work ourselves! Thank you for our beautiful home Xpand!

  They did an addition above my garage. Jesus had a better layout than we did. They were done on a timely manner. They did an amazing job on the work. When it was done it looked better than we thought it would. The only issue was an uneven floor in the extended entry way. They were back out in a couple days to fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very incredible company all around.

  It was such a pleasure to use Xpand Inc on our recent kitchen remodel. The workers involved showed commitment, craftsmanship, passion and courtesy.   We bought a model home of Jess’ in Jordan last April and are just thrilled with it. We were so impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the model home that we contracted with Xpand to finish the basement, add a patio and a deck with gazebo that is the envy of the street!!!
