Eden Prairie Remodel

We love to create long term relationships with our clients and these long time customers just had another project completed by the team at Xpand, Inc. A few years back our first project at this beautiful home was fixing some drywall in their garage. Now we have upgraded their kitchen, laundry room, and given their fireplace a facelift!

Kitchen

We opened this space up and installed beautiful new countertops that curve up to become the backsplash. This seamless transition helps keep countertops clean and helps eliminate those unsightly caulk lines.

Little pops of red help bring the study into the kitchen space to give the home more flow.

Laundry Room

Off of the kitchen we built a large and open mudroom that still utilizes that pop of red color!

Floor to ceiling cabinets create the perfect amount of storage space! Plus the deep sink makes for a perfect area for spot cleaning your laundry.

Entryway

We installed a beautiful French door to let extra light into the space.

Fireplace

The fireplace was in need of a facelift and boy did it get a beautiful facelift! The black marble adds a touch of elegance to the living room while the electric fireplace brings it into the modern age.

Study

This couple wanted a unique study and Xpand was able to deliver! We collaborated to get the perfect color to match their vision and get the perfect set of built in shelving for all for all of their books, photos, and memorabilia.
