Prior Lake, MN - Addition & Renovation

Our long-time clients were looking to downsize and move to the country. They found the idyllic location, but the home onsite wouldn’t work for them. After a few meetings our team came up with a great design that suited their needs, and fell within their budget. The existing home had good bones but needed some additional space and certainly needed some curb appeal. An addition off the rear of the home to expand the kitchen and add a sunroom took care of the space needs. A front sitting porch, and new siding and windows took care of the curb appeal. Inside, a complete renovation from top to bottom made their dreams come true!
