Our client came to us looking to add a quaint space on the back of the house to watch TV together and connect with family in the back yard area. We designed a four season porch and deck that seamlessly integrated with the style of their beautiful home.
We were able to perfectly blend the old with the new for this lovely porch addition!
The deck is built with powder coated aluminum railings and the planking surface is a composite with a 50-year warranty.
To bring a modern feel to the space, we utilized shiplap planking on all the wall surfaces, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a rustic wood mantle over the fireplace. Large windows make this space bright during the day and give a larger open feel as well.
This space can be used any time of the year because of the Marvin Windows and spray foam insulation technology used in its construction.
