We love the new addition done for us by Xpand, Inc. and only have complaints about the project manager’s handling of a couple contractor-related problems which were all, eventually, resolved. We give very high marks to the in-house carpentry team who have been exceptional in all respects. We were very happy with the in-house structural and cosmetic design guidance. Overall, the other contractors provided excellent work and materials. Issues related to two contractors bring up the primary complaint where our project manager did not firmly take and retain ownership of problems, attempting to hold us, the customer, responsible for sorting out the issues with the contractors. Among these issues was a critical HVAC-decision made without consulting us which led to months of problems. Eventually, the project manager did the right thing, redoing part of the installation as it should have been done in the first place. The end result is a completed extra sun room that meets & exceeds expectations, delivered later than originally discussed but at a fair price and pretty close to the original quote. It greatly adds to our enjoyment of the house and I would easily recommend Xpand, Inc. to a friend. My caution to any newbie customers (like us) to this type of work and with any builder is a suggestion to stay very close to all stages of the design, scheduling and construction. Firmly hold the builder accountable for being available when needed and them taking quick ownership to successful resolution of the inevitable problems which come up in any build.

Andy and crew created a usable bathroom. Wheelchair access to the 1940’s bathroom was our top priority. Not only does it work for the wheelchair but an easy stand also was able to be used at a later date.

I first found out about Expand when my neighbor had them put on a deck , they were very happy with the workmanship , so I decided to give Expand a call . Jess returned my call right away and came out within a few days to give me an estimate on my deck . He was always very prompt about responding back to my emails and phone calls . Edgar and his team showed up right on time every day to install my new deck , they did an amazing job !! I couldn’t be happier ! If you’ve gotten multiple bids on your upcoming project and you’re trying to decide on which company to go with , the choice is easy , Go with Expand Inc. They may not be your cheapest bid but like the old saying goes “ You get what you pay for “ Expand Inc. is worth every cent !!

The guys at Xpand, Inc did an amazing job on my 4 season porch remodel. Andy did an incredible job of keeping me up to date on the progress of the job, and everyone did quality work every step of the way. I couldn't have expected anything else, and would totally use Xpand again for another project. Thanks again, guys.

Dave and his team did an outstanding job building a great looking, well-built deck. They took down the old deck and handled the disposal of the old materials. The whole process took less than two weeks and we were able to enjoy the deck before winter came. Dave made the design process easy and clear by showing us options that fit our house. The materials he selected were from local sources which gave us the opportunity to visit the railing company to see all the options up close. The overall construction is very solid which was the main quality we were looking for.
